Phase 2: Migration Strategy We develop a migration strategy that aligns with your business objectives, timeline, and budget. We select appropriate migration patterns (rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire) and prioritize workloads. We design target architectures and establish success criteria. Phase 3: Proof of Concept We execute a proof of concept migration for a representative workload to validate the approach, identify challenges, and refine the migration process. We establish migration runbooks and automation. Phase 4: Migration Execution We execute the migration in waves, starting with low-risk workloads and progressing to more complex applications.
